1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We currently offer delivery across India to most serviceable locations:

Standard Shipping	7-12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service performance, or unforeseen factors like weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free on select new orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 per order.
If a COD order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

4. Delivery Policy

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.
For reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. FIIN products are only delivered within India.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email and the WhatsApp number provided during checkout.

7. Delays or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact our support team.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier and aim to resolve the issue within 7-12 business days.
