5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across India to most major cities and serviceable pin codes.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery timelines varying based on location.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

- We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days, applicable only under specific product categories and promotional conditions.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to a wallet or issued as store credit.
- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Products purchased during special promotions such as (FIIN Flash Fitness Fest) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For excessive or repeated returns, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be charged and deducted from the final refund amount.
- Certain items such as accessories and innerwear are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

FIIN products are made with premium materials, but natural wear and tear or improper care is not covered under any warranty.
