Return policy

At FIIN, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which exchanges are accepted for our clothing products. 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange.
We accept exchanges for sizing issues only — no refunds or returns for other reasons.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • All tags must be intact

  • A proof of purchase must be provided


1. Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-12 working days.


2. Size Confirmation

  • We recommend carefully referring to the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

  • For clothing products, size exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, in original condition, and stock for the desired size is available.

  • Size exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for the following cases:

    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

    • Size exchanges for clothing items (subject to stock availability).

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Accessories such as jewelry, innerwear, and other non-clothing items are strictly non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.


4. Unboxing Proof Requirement

  • To process an exchange, you are required to record a clear unboxing video when opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show the packaging and product condition.

  • Email the video along with photos of the issue to support@fiin.store.


5. No Returns & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed.

  • Returns for refunds are not accepted except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


6. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Accessories (including earrings, bracelets, jewelry, etc.)

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Worn, washed, or used products

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

  • Made-to-order (MTO) products


7. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If your desired size or product is out of stock, you may:

    • Choose a different item of similar value, or

    • Opt for store credit for future purchases.


8. Shipping for Exchanges

  • If courier pickup is unavailable in your area, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method for returns.
