1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled, as we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly.

  • Orders for promotional, personalized, or limited-edition items cannot be canceled under any circumstances.


2. Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. Refunds are provided under specific conditions as outlined below:

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue within 4 days of delivery, along with supporting photos and order details.

  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 4 days of delivery.

  • Non-Delivery: In rare cases where your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, we will investigate the issue and provide a refund if necessary.


2.2 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear caused after delivery.

  • Cases of change of mind or personal preference after receiving the product.

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items.

  • Innerwear or accessories due to hygiene reasons.


3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@fiin.store within the applicable timeframe.

  2. Provide your order details along with clear photos or videos as evidence.

  3. Upon approval, you may be required to return the product to our warehouse (return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your wallet or as store credit.


4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
